Baked Apples (Microwave)

6 Golden Delicious, Ida Reds, or Macs

6 Tbs. Butter or Margarine

1-2 Tbs. Apple Pie Spices

Peel the tops of the apples about one quarter of the way down, and core, being careful not to expose the bottom of the apple. Place in a microwave safe dish and stuff one tablespoon butter into each core and sprinkle with Apple Pie Spices. Cover with glass top or plastic wrap and Microwave on high for about 2-3 minutes per apple. Apples are done when the juices are running and they smell great!
