2 large cucumbers, peeled, sliced in half & cut into half moons
1/2 cup low fat mayonnaise
1/2 cup low fat sour cream
1 tablespoon of Dill and Onion Dip
1 teaspoon white vinegar
Pepper to taste
Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar and dill & onion dip into a bowl. Add sliced cucumber, mix to combine. Chill for 1 hour, stir before serving.
