1 Package Pine Island Herb Cowboy Chili Mix
2 15-oz. cans black beans, rinsed and drained
2½ cups chopped cooked turkey
16-oz. can pumpkin
14½-oz. can diced tomatoes
6 cups chicken broth
1. Transfer everything into a slow cooker.
3. Stir ingredients.
4. Cover. Cook on Low 7-8 hours.
5. Serve with a nice slice of crusty bread!
