Spicy Sloppy Joes
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1 cup tomato catsup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 lbs. browned ground beef
2-3 Tbsp. of Pine Island herb and Spice Mexican and Chili seasonings
Brown the onions, peppers and ground beef together for 5 -10 minutes stirring frequently. Drain everything thin a colander or strainer to get rid of all the extra fat. Add the catsup, brown sugar and the Mexican seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve over hot buns.
